GNG Auto Detail ("I", "me") is a mobile auto detailing business based in Cedar Knolls, NJ. This page explains what information I collect when you visit gngautodetail.com, book a detail, or message me, and how I use it.
What I collect
- Contact and booking info: your name, phone number, email, service address, and vehicle details when you book online, text me, email me, or message me on Facebook, Instagram, or Google.
- Messages: the conversations you have with me by text message or social media direct message, so I can respond, schedule your appointment, and follow up.
- Site analytics: standard analytics data (pages visited, device type, general location) through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel, using cookies.
How I use it
- To schedule and perform your detail, and to communicate with you about it.
- To follow up after a job, ask how I did, and let past customers know about offers. Every marketing text or email includes a way to opt out, and I honor it immediately.
- To understand how people find and use my website.
What I don't do
- I never sell your personal information.
- I never share your information with third parties except the service providers that run my booking, messaging, and email systems.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any text from me and you will not receive marketing texts again. Reply "unsubscribe" to any email. You can also just ask me in any channel and I will take you off the list.
Data deletion
Want your information deleted? Email [email protected] or text 862-204-7568 with the word "delete" and the phone number or email you contacted me with. I will delete your contact record and message history within 30 days and confirm when it's done.
