These terms cover booking a detail with GNG Auto Detail, using gngautodetail.com, and using my GNG Auto Detail plugin in ChatGPT. GNG Auto Detail is a mobile auto detailing business run by me, Christian Giangrande, in Cedar Knolls, NJ.
Booking
- A time is yours once you confirm it on the booking page. Open times shown anywhere else, including in ChatGPT, can change until then.
- Package prices are for a well-kept vehicle. Pet hair, stains, odor, shampoo, and steam work are add-ons. Mold remediation is quoted in person. Quoted work is confirmed with you before it starts.
- For mobile service I need a spot with room to work, and permission for a shared lot or garage. I bring my own water and power. Drop-off in Cedar Knolls is also available.
- Outside my regular service area, travel fees may apply. I tell you before you book.
Payment
Nothing is charged at booking. I take cash, Apple Pay, or Venmo at the end of the job, after you look over the work.
Rescheduling, cancelling, and weather
Use the link in your confirmation to reschedule or cancel, or text me at 862-204-7568. If the weather is bad on your day, I reach out to reschedule at no extra charge.
Results
Results depend on your vehicle's condition. I cannot promise that every stain, scratch, or odor will come out.
The ChatGPT plugin
My plugin in ChatGPT shows my services, starting prices, open times, and service area. It cannot book, change, or cancel an appointment. To book, use the link it gives you. How ChatGPT handles your chats is covered by OpenAI's own terms and privacy policy. What my plugin receives is covered in my Privacy Policy.
