What causes cloudy headlights?
Plastic lenses can become hazy as the outer surface and its protection weather over time. Dirt on the lens and deterioration inside the assembly are different problems. I check whether the haze is on the exterior before recommending restoration.
What does the service involve?
The approach depends on how far the outside surface has deteriorated. Suitable preparation and refinishing can improve clarity, followed by an appropriate protection step. Restoring clarity without considering protection can leave the lens vulnerable to weathering again.
When is replacement or repair the better option?
Cracked lenses, damaged housings, internal moisture, failed bulbs, and wiring faults are not repaired by exterior lens restoration. I explain when the visible problem appears to need mechanical repair or a replacement assembly instead.

Can you remove condensation inside a headlight?
Exterior restoration does not fix a leaking housing or moisture inside the assembly. Those problems need separate assessment.
Will the lenses stay clear forever?
No. Exposure, lens condition, and protection affect how the surface ages. I do not promise permanent clarity.
