One car at a time. A shop runs multiple bays with cars moving through constantly. Nobody rushes your car along to free up the next bay. I work on one vehicle per appointment.

You see the work. There's nothing hidden with mobile detailing. You can check in at any point, see what tools I'm using and what products go on your car, and flag anything during the job instead of after.

Same equipment. The equipment I bring, HEPA extractor, steam cleaner, pet-hair tools, is the same category as what detail shops use. "Mobile" doesn't mean lower quality. It means lower overhead and better convenience for you.

"Mobile" sometimes gets associated with a guy with a bucket and a sponge. That's not what professional mobile detailing looks like. GNG arrives with a loaded trailer or truck bed carrying the same category of equipment a full-service detail shop uses. The only difference is it comes to you instead of you going to it.

Power. My onboard generator runs the extractor, steam machine, and every other piece of electrical equipment. I never need to plug into your house.

Water. My onboard water tank supplies all wash and rinse work, so no spigot is needed. Prefer drop-off? My Cedar Knolls location is an easy alternative.

Hot-water extractor. This is the machine that does carpet and upholstery extraction. It heats water to cleaning temperature, injects it into the fabric under pressure, and vacuums it back out along with the loosened dirt, stains, and debris. This is what separates a professional interior detail from a deep vacuum. The extraction removes what's embedded, not just what's sitting on the surface.

Steam machine. Used for dashboard, console, leather, air vents, and door panels. Steam cleaning sanitizes without soaking. It uses high-temperature vapor to break down grime and kill bacteria without leaving excess moisture on surfaces where moisture causes damage.

Product kit. Dedicated products for each surface type: pH-balanced car wash soap, clay bar lubricant, spray wax or sealant, leather cleaner and conditioner, interior protectant, glass cleaner, tire dressing. Everything is automotive-grade and safe for your car's surfaces and paint.

Do you need access to water and power? No. I bring my own: a water tank and a generator ride with me on every job. You can also drop the car off at my Cedar Knolls location if that's easier.

How much space do you need? A standard driveway with room to walk around both sides of the vehicle is all I need. I work in all kinds of Morris County driveways: townhomes in Parsippany, narrow driveways in Morristown, apartment parking lots in Whippany and East Hanover. I've done it in small spaces before.

Does weather affect the appointment? I detail in most conditions. Heavy rain during an exterior detail is the one scenario that causes a reschedule, since it's not safe or useful to wash a car in the rain. Interior-only appointments can still go forward in rain. I'll reach out if weather is a concern and reschedule with no fees.

What if my car has a specific issue, like a stain, pet hair, or a bad smell? Tell me when you book. That information shapes how long I budget and what products I bring. A heavy pet-hair job on a Jeep Grand Cherokee needs different prep than an annual exterior detail on a sedan.

Do I need to clean the car before you arrive? No. Remove personal items you want to keep out (loose change, kids' belongings, anything fragile), but the car should look like it normally does. I'm here to clean it.
