Generator. We don't need a power hookup at your home. We run our own generator that powers the extractor, steam machine, and any other electrical equipment. Your driveway just needs to be accessible.
Water supply. We carry our own water tanks for interior work. For exterior washes, a standard garden hose connection is preferred — but we can work without it for interior-only appointments.
Hot-water extractor. This is the machine that does carpet and upholstery extraction. It heats water to cleaning temperature, injects it into the fabric under pressure, and simultaneously vacuums it back out with the loosened dirt, stains, and debris. This is what separates a professional interior detail from a deep vacuum — the extraction is what removes what's embedded, not just what's sitting on the surface.
Steam machine. Used for dashboard, console, leather, air vents, and door panels. Steam cleaning sanitizes without soaking — it uses high-temperature vapor to break down grime and kill bacteria without leaving excess moisture in surfaces where moisture is harmful.
Product kit. Dedicated products for each surface type: pH-balanced car wash soap, clay bar lubricant, spray wax or sealant, leather cleaner and conditioner, interior protectant, glass cleaner, tire dressing, engine degreaser. Everything is automotive-grade and safe for your car's surfaces and paint.
Do you need access to water and power? For exterior wash services, a garden hose makes things easier but isn't always required. For interior-only work, we bring our own water. We always bring our own power via generator.
How much space do you need? A standard driveway with room to walk around both sides of the vehicle is all we need. We're working in a lot of Morris County driveways — townhomes in Parsippany, narrow driveways in Morristown, apartment parking lots in Whippany and East Hanover. We've done it in small spaces before.
Does weather affect the appointment? We detail in most conditions. Heavy rain during an exterior detail is the one scenario that causes rescheduling — it's not safe or useful to wash a car in rain. Interior-only appointments can go forward in rain. We communicate proactively if weather is a concern and reschedule without fees.
What if my car has a specific issue — a stain, pet hair, a bad smell? Tell us when you book. That information shapes how long we budget and what products we bring. A heavy pet-hair job on a Jeep Grand Cherokee needs different prep than an annual exterior detail on a sedan.
Do I need to clean the car before you arrive? No. Remove personal items you want to keep out (loose change, kids' belongings, anything fragile), but the car should look like it normally does. We're here to clean it.
