Most of my customers work from home or are around during the day. The detail happens in the driveway. You check in when I arrive, then go about your day, and I hand you the keys when the car's done. There's no tip expected, just a car that's cleaner than it was when I got there.

No logistics. Getting a car detailed at a shop means dropping it off, arranging a ride, picking it up, and rearranging your schedule twice. Mobile detailing skips all of that. The car gets detailed while you're home, working in your driveway, or off doing something else, without you losing time shuttling it back and forth.

One car at a time. A shop runs multiple bays with cars moving through constantly. Nobody rushes your car along to free up the next bay. I work on one vehicle per appointment.

You see the work. There's nothing hidden with mobile detailing. You can check in at any point, see what tools I'm using and what products go on your car, and flag anything during the job instead of after.

Equipment for the work. I bring the tools and products for your selected package and add-ons. Extraction and steam are used only when booked and suitable for the material.

I bring the equipment for your appointment to your driveway. The base packages cover maintenance cleaning; specific problems such as stained fabric, pet hair, rough paint, or odor need their own add-ons.

Power. My onboard generator runs the extractor, steam machine, and every other piece of electrical equipment. I never need to plug into your house.

Water. My onboard water tank supplies all wash and rinse work, so no spigot is needed. Prefer drop-off? My Cedar Knolls location is an easy alternative.

Hot-water extractor. Used for booked carpet or upholstery shampoo and extraction on suitable materials. Cleaning solution and loosened soil are pulled back out of the fabric. I limit moisture around padding, adhesives, and electronics. Drying time varies with moisture, material, airflow, and weather.

Steam machine. Steam Cleaning is a separate add-on for suitable surfaces. Screens, electronics, adhesives, headliners, delicate coatings, and some upholstery need other methods. Steam is not used everywhere and does not come with a sanitization guarantee.

Product kit. I choose products and methods for the surface and its condition. Damaged coatings, worn leather, delicate fabrics, and previous repairs can limit what cleaning can achieve. Spray wax is included in Exterior Detail; clay bar and ceramic sealant are separate add-ons.

Do you need access to water and power? No. I bring my own: a water tank and a generator ride with me on every job. You can also drop the car off at my Cedar Knolls location if that's easier.

How much space do you need? A suitable parking area needs room around the car and safe access for equipment. For apartment or condo parking, check property permission and send me the setup before booking. Not every parking spot is suitable.

Does weather affect the appointment? Weather, temperature, shelter, and drying conditions can affect the work. I check the setup and contact you if the appointment needs to move. An interior appointment in rain still needs a suitable sheltered work area.

What if my car has a specific issue, like a stain, pet hair, or a bad smell? Tell me when you book. That information shapes how long I budget and what products I bring. A heavy pet-hair job on a Jeep Grand Cherokee needs different prep than an annual exterior detail on a sedan.

Do I need to clean the car before you arrive? No. Remove personal items you want to keep out (loose change, kids' belongings, anything fragile), but the car should look like it normally does. I'm here to clean it.
