Step 1, walkaround. I look over the car with you, confirm the package and selected add-ons, and discuss stains, odor, wear, or damage before work starts. Base prices are published on the booking page; I confirm any condition-related work with you first.

Step 2, remove and vacuum. Loose mats come out and seats move forward and back for access. I vacuum reachable seats, carpet, mats, trunk, and crevices. Please remove valuables and personal items before the appointment.

Step 3, extraction and steam (add-ons). These are performed only when selected and appropriate for the material. Cloth and carpet may be shampooed or extracted. I avoid soaking padding, seat electronics, and delicate trim; headliners are not treated like floor carpet.

Step 4, leather and trim. I dust and wipe surfaces by hand, clean glass, and use a method suited to the finish. Interior Dressing is a separate add-on. Conditioning is not part of the base package and may be unsuitable for some leather or synthetic seats.

Step 5, the handoff. I inspect the result with you and explain any remaining marks or limits. After wet cleaning, carpet and upholstery may still need drying time. I discuss ventilation and when the treated surfaces can be used; I do not promise an immediately dry cabin.

Cloth seats. Vacuuming is part of the base detail. Stain treatment and upholstery shampoo or extraction are separate add-ons, used only when suitable for the fabric. Drying depends on moisture, temperature, humidity, and airflow; there is no fixed same-day drying promise.

Leather seats. I check the finish and condition before choosing a cleaning method. Perforations, seams, worn coatings, and synthetic upholstery need care around moisture and products. Cleaning cannot repair cracks or restore missing dye. Conditioning is not included in the base package or appropriate for every seat.

Carpet and floor mats. The base package includes vacuuming. Shampoo or extraction is an add-on for suitable material; rubber and all-weather mats require different care. I limit moisture and explain drying needs. Saturated padding or a recurring leak needs attention beyond a surface cleaning.

Dashboard and trim. Dusting and hand wipe-down are part of the base package. Steam and Interior Dressing are separate add-ons and only suit certain materials. Screens, controls, glossy trim, and damaged coatings need methods that respect the vehicle manufacturer guidance.
